Recently Xiaomi has collaborated with Microsoft to provide Windows 10 ROMs for Xiaomi Mi 4 devices with LTE support, which means that Mi 4 phones with only 3G support will not get Windows 10 ROMs. This has already been confirmed in Mi official forum that there will be no Microsoft love for the devices that are available in India as they do not have LTE band support.
