HTC One A9
HTC launched its first Android Marshmallow handset in India
yesterday, the HTC One A9, as well as the dual-SIM Desire 828. Both smartphones
will go on sale in December, though the prices have not yet been announced.
The HTC One A9 packs a 5-inch full HD (1920x1080) display
with Corning Gorilla Glass 4, a 13MP f/2.0 rear camera and a 4 Ultrapixel front
cam. It has a 1.5GHz 64-bit Snapdragon 617 octa-core processor with 3GB RAM and
32GB internal storage (expandable up to 2TB). It's powered by a 2150mAh
battery, has 4G support, and runs Android 6.0 with HTC Sense UI on top. The
company has also stated that the phone will receive Android updates no later
than 15 days after Nexus updates.
HTC Desire 828
The HTC Desire 828, meanwhile, has a 5.5-inch full HD
(1920x1080) display, with a 13MP rear camera and an Ultrapixel front cam. It
packs a 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6753 processor coupled with2GB of RAM, and
has 16GB internal storage (expandable up to 2TB). It has 4G and dual SIM
support, is powered by a 2800mAh battery, and runs Android 5.1.1 with HTC Sense
UI loaded on top. Although no price was announced, Pricebaba does have it
listed for Rs 16,525.
